摘要
盾构机在复合地层中换刀是一项难度系数较大的危险作业。本文以穗莞深城际轨道交通线隧道工程为背景,针对本隧道工程所处复合地层的特点,通过旋喷桩加固地层的方法,保证了掌子面土体的稳定性,有效地避免了土体因压力差而发生坍塌的事故,成功实现了常压换刀作业,为类似工程的换刀作业提供了重要借鉴。
The cutter changing of shield machine in compound stratum is a hazardous operation of greater degree of difficulty.In this paper,taking the tunnel project of Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen inter-city rail transit as the background,aiming at the feature of compound stratum of tunnel project,the ground was consolidated by the method of churning pile,and then the stability of the soil of working level was ensured,the accident of soil collapse due to the pressure difference was avoided effectively,the cutter changing at atmospheric pressure was accomplished successfully,which provides important reference for the cutter changing under the similar condition.
