摘要
近年来,BIM技术迅速成为建筑企业信息化发展的重要方向和手段,其优势不断被人们证实。概述了国内外BIM的发展现状,研究了一些BIM应用经典案例,发现了BIM应用过程中存在的问题,归纳出BIM技术在工程承包应用过程中可能会出现的风险,最后初探防止这些风险的对策。
BIM technology has quickly become the important direction of building enterprise informatization,the advantages of which have constantly been confirmed.This paper summarizes the current BIM development in the domestic and overseas,studies several BIM application classic cases,presents existing problems in the phrase of BIM application and generalizes BIM risks may occur during the engineering construction period.At last,the author does an early-stage exploration of countermeasures to prevent these risks.
