For the fabrication and installation of curved large-sized fire pipeline,this paper presents a homemade mold which is able to more accurately produce special angle elbow.This mold fixed and welded two short tubes,producing a special angle elbow with consistent deflection angle,and forming a complete set of construction technology.It successfully resolves the installation of galvanized pipe which is connected by way of groove with large diameter curved toward.
