摘要 营口万达广场地质条件差,地下水埋藏浅,且水量丰富,淤泥质软弱土层。通过从消除桩侧摩阻力着手,引进中空式双套筒试验技术,能在不开挖土方的情况下在地面直接进行灌注桩检测试验。试验桩施工过程如下:定位放线、钻机就位并钻孔、双套筒制作及预埋、钻机重新就位并成孔、最后达到灌注桩试验桩的成功。 The site of Yingkou Wanda Plaza is of poor geographic condition with high underground water level and the main geographic layer under the site is of sludge. By eliminating the friction force alongside the piles,hereby this paper imports the technology of double-tube test,by this way,workers can easily perform the test of the cast-in-place pile directly without the effort of digging earth. The procedure of the pile test is as following : the undergoing of polar coordinate method,the set out of drilling rig as well as drilling,double-tube manufacture and its embed,the reset of the drilling rig and poreforming,finally,to work the bored pile test out.
