泡沫沥青混合料搅拌机的数值模拟

摘要 为了提高泡沫沥青与粗细石料的搅拌效果,对单置双卧轴间歇式泡沫沥青混合料搅拌机进行了研究,并应用Fluent软件进行了多相流模型数值模拟,并对比分析了双轴反反排列、正正排列两种排列形式对搅拌效果的影响,由分析结果的速度矢量图可看出两种排列形式的混合料均实现围流,正正排列围流明显,泡沫沥青与粗细石料混合均匀,由相图和残差图分析得出双轴正正排列比反反排列搅拌均匀性好、效率高,为泡沫沥青混合料搅拌机的设计提供了理论依据。 In order to improve the mixing effect of foam asphalt with thick stone,the authors studied the single set intermittent foamed asphalt mixture and double shaft mixer,and conduct numerical simulation of multiphase flow model using Fluent software. Meanwhile,the authors contrast the influence of two arrangement forms of biaxial. From the results of the analysis of the velocity vector diagram,the two arrangement forms of mixture are all implement circle flowing arrangement,which is arranged around flow,foam asphalt and aggregate mixing degree,by the phase diagram analysis and residual figure biaxial are arranged than reflect arrangement mixing uniformity,high efficiency,good for bubble provides theory basis for the design of the asphalt mixture mixing machine.
