摘要
简要介绍了核电模块墙体及自密实混凝土施工难点,通过比选放弃传统浇筑方式。重点详细介绍了单点分层连续浇筑原理,并提出浇筑理论公式。通过凝结时间试验、浇筑模拟等获得了合适的初凝时间、分层高度、每层浇筑用时等必要参数,通过2次墙体内自密实混凝土循环连续浇筑,证明了浇筑理论的正确性及可行性。
Module walls and construction difficulties of self-compacting concrete are described. Traditional pouring method is given up after comparison. Continuous pouring by layer is especially introduced and theoretical formulas are put forward.Necessary parameters such as suitable initial setting time,height of per layer and pouring time of per layer are got from setting time tests and mock up tests. The validity and construct ability of pouring theory are proved by two continuous cycle pouring.
