摘要
结合奇瑞捷豹路虎总装厂房10万m2地坪施工案例,采用大面积混凝土整体地坪机械化施工,一次成型混凝土地坪,解决了混凝土地坪传统做法出现的开裂、空鼓、起壳、平整度不够等质量问题。人工使用专业化、少量化。相比其他工程所使用的激光整平机施工在材料使用上采取改进措施,比如采用高强度空心钢管桥架和移动布料机,改进模板支设形式等。
Combining with the floor construction of Chery,Jaguar,and Land Rover general assembly plant covering an area of 100 000m2,authors adopt mechanized construction of large-sized concrete integral floor and one-step molding concrete construction method,which solves the traditional problems like crack,hollowing,flake,unflatness and so on. Authors use professional workers and also minimize the numbers. Comparing with the laser levelling machine used in other projects,the measures for material utilization is improved,such as using high strength hollow steel pipe bridge and mobile spreader,and the erecting form of formwork is improved.
