摘要
传统的倾斜圆柱模板分片拼装,无法实现模板工程质量、经济双控的目标。通过配置柱靴,可使倾斜圆柱模板支设速度大大加快,达到钢模板接缝处质量可控,同时结合各层流水段划分,防止圆柱模板在同一流水段内多次周转,成功解决超高层大直径、多角度倾斜圆柱施工技术难题。
Traditional oblique circular cylinder shutterings are unable to achieve the quality and economy goal of formwork engineering on account of spliced steel shutterings. By configuring column,this paper present a new method for assembling steel shutterings faster and controllable. Combined with flow construction,this method can prevent cylinder shutterings repeatedly in the same period of flow process,and resolve the construction technical problems of high-rise building of large diameter multi-oblique-circular-cylinders successfully.
