摘要
目前国内所有核电站变压器隔墙基本全部采用现浇钢筋混凝土防火墙,设计要求防火墙采用清水混凝土施工技术。以阳江核电站变压器区域薄壁防火墙清水混凝土施工为范本,简要介绍薄壁防火墙清水混凝土施工模板支设的技术要点,能完全消除模板水平和垂直拼缝对清水混凝土效果的影响,为民建或工业建筑薄壁墙体清水混凝土施工提供参考。
At present,all the nuclear power plant transformer partition in domestic is job-place reinforced concrete firewall,and design requirement is adopting fair-faced concrete construction technique in firewall. Based on fair-faced concrete construction of Yangjiang nuclear power plant transformer area thin-walled firewall,a brief introduction of erecting molding board in construction of thin-walled firewall fair-faced concrete is done,it can eliminate effects on fair-face concrete from the horizontal and vertical flat-fell seam completely,and provide reference for civil buildings and industrial buildings.
