水利水电工程施工甲供材料核销探讨

Discussion on Verification of Owner-supplied Materials in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Construction

水利水电工程作为一项系统性工程,运行收益水平是重要的衡量商品价值的指标。在大型工程施工阶段,为保证工程质量、加快施工进度和降低投资,材料会由业主方统一采购,按固定价拨付给施工方,施工方再定期进行材料核销。本文介绍了甲供材料核销产生的原因、核销原理和核销依据,并以某水利水电工程为例,指出甲供材料核销的具体工作,对材料核销结论进行了分析,指出目前甲供材料核销模式存在的问题。

Water conservancy and hydropower engineering as a systematic project,operating income level is an important indicator to measure the value of the goods. In the stage of construction project,in order to ensure the construction quality,speed up the construction progress and reduce the investment,the material will be by owner unified procurement,according to the fixed pricing allocated to the construction side,the construction side to regular material verification. This paper introduces the reason,principle and basis for verification of owner-supplied materials,and takes a hydropower project as an example,points out the specific work,analyses the conclusion. Finally,the paper points out the existing problem of verification of owner-supplied materials mode.
