摘要
华润大厦采用了钢框筒-混凝土核心筒结构体系。由于混凝土材料有钢材不具备的收缩、徐变效应,且外框柱和筒体自重差别较大,因此外框柱和筒体易产生竖向变形差。采用MIDAS/Gen软件对该工程进行施工模拟,分析总结出外框柱和筒体的竖向变形规律和其他规律,指导施工,为施工控制提供有效的依据。竖向变形差会导致水平构件产生附加应力,弹性设计阶段应予以注意或采取相应措施。
The frame core-tube system is adopted in Huarun super-high rise building. Due to the shrinkage and creep in concrete and distinct self-weight,different vertical formation was observed between the exterior steel frame and interior concrete core tube. MIDAS / Gen was employed to simulate the whole construction process so as to analyze the vertical uniformity and other corresponding mechanism,which could also provide a theoretical backup for the construction. The conclusion indicates that the vertical deformation will lead to an additional stress in horizontal direction,accordingly,extra corresponding measurement and more attention should be paid during design process.
