摘要
介绍了BIM技术在某项目中的实践应用情况,通过分析传统管理方法与基于BIM的管理方法在进度控制和成本控制方面的差异,探讨BIM技术对工程建设的实际价值,并为其他项目在建造阶段BIM技术的应用提供借鉴意义。
Based on the application of BIM used in a project,this paper indicates the deficiency of traditional schedule control and cost control methods,introduces and analyses the difference management methods based on BIM,and explores the practical value of BIM for construction and other projects during the construction phase for further references.
