摘要
以某轧线主轧机ACS6000中压传动系统为例,研究系统电气安装调试的各个施工环节,对中压传动系统电气安装调试的施工方法和施工设备进行改进和优化,形成一套适合施工现场特点及施工规范的电气安装调试新技术。
Taking the main drive system for ACS6000 mills in the super-large aluminum rolling line as a example,the each construction step in the electrical installation and adjustment is researched. The construction method of electrical installation and adjustment for the main drive system and the construction equipment is improved and optimized to inform a series of construction characteristics at field and put forward a normative electrical installation and adjustment technology.
