金川龙首矿西二采区大跨度硐室开挖设计与施工技术

摘要 针对金川镍矿龙首矿西二采区破碎站大跨度硐室的不良地质条件,开展了大跨度地下硐室的开挖设计、支护型式与参数以及施工顺序与工艺研究。首先,简要地介绍了工程概况和大跨度硐室的工程地质条件;然后,开展了大跨度破碎站硐室的开挖施工方案设计分析研究。在此基础上,进行了破碎站硐室的锚喷网联合支护型式与支护参数设计与方案比较,由此确定了最优设计方案。最后,根据开挖施工顺序和支护方案,进行了硐室掘进与支护施工工艺探讨与工程实施。 Considering the adverse geological conditions for the large-span cavern in the west mining area No. 2 Jinchuan Nickel,the research on the excavation and support design and construction are given. Firstly,the project profile and engineering geology conditions of the large-span cavern are introduced in briefly. Then the excavation design and construction scheme are studied. Based on the research the support types and parameters of the anchoring and shotcerting for different scheme are analysed and compared. The optimal design scheme is obtained. Final the construction technology of excavation and support are given and carried out.
