摘要
某综合楼项目位于城市商业中心区,综合楼附属结构的工程桩紧邻既有建筑的天然基础,最小距离仅20cm,项目所在地区地下水非常丰富,且未处于基坑止水帷幕范围内。为避免影响周边建筑的安全,必须采用人工挖孔桩作为工程桩,同时为保证人工挖孔桩内的施工环境,项目为每根桩设置环形止水帷幕,止水帷幕采用高压三管旋喷桩,进入全风化或中风化地层。从而保证了人工挖孔桩施工时,孔内仅有少量的岩隙水,不抽水或少量抽水基本可以满足桩孔内的施工环境,顺利完成了11根工程的施工,保证了周边建筑的安全。
A comprehensive building locates in city commercial center district. The engineering piles adjacent to natural foundation of the existing building with the minimum distance of 20 cm. The area has rich underground water. To avoiding influence on safety of the surrounding building,manual digging hole piles must be used as the engineering pile. And to assure the inner construction surrounding of the manual digging pile,each pile need to be setting ring waterproofing curtain of high pressure three-pipe chemical churning pile inserted in fully weathered or intermediary weathered stratum which can ensure that the hole has little water during construction of manual digging hole pile. So the eleven engineering piles are completed successfully and the surrounding building is safe.
