摘要
随着地下空间的开发和利用,深基坑越来越深,平面尺寸越来越大,在软土、高水位及复杂条件下开挖基坑,很容易产生土体滑移、基坑失稳、桩体变位、坑底隆起、支护结构严重漏水、流土以致破损等灾害。为了有效降低地下水位,利于深基坑的开挖,确保基坑稳定性,在建筑物基础底板中布置一定数量的降水井进行降水工作,但是降水结束后,如何对井口的封堵是一大难题。根据现场实际工况,采取一种基于超大深基坑降水井封堵的施工方法,包括降水井套管的制作与预埋,降水井封堵配件的制作,封堵配件的安装和连接,从而保证了降水井封堵质量,避免了建筑物基础底板渗漏现象。
As the development and utilization of underground space,deep foundation excavation is more and more deep,plane size bigger and bigger,in the soft soil,high water level and the excavation of foundation excavation under complicated conditions. It is easy to produce soil slip,the instability of foundation excavation retaining structure,pile deflection,uplifts,severe leakage,flow soil disasters such as broken. In order to effectively reduce the underground water level,for deep foundation excavation,ensure the stability of foundation excavation,a certain amount of precipitation well were setting in foundation slab,but after the precipitation,how to seal the mouth of the well is a big problem. According to the actual conditions,a construction method based on large deep foundation excavation dewatering well block was adopted,including dewatering well casing production and embedded,precipitation well sealed parts,sealing parts installation and connection,to ensure the quality of precipitation well sealed and avoid the phenomenon of leakage of building foundation slab.
