Freezing method is taken to solve the important construction problems under the condition of special and complex geological and hydrology in altering outlet project of Xingyun Lake & Fuxian Lake. The freezing method has new technology innovation during construction,and has important value to solve the important construction problems under the condition of special and complex geological and hydrology.
