Construction of Concrete Filled Steel Tube Laminated Column with Two Layers Grouting Method

本工程采用钢管混凝土叠合柱双层分段不同期浇筑施工技术,通过将钢管柱每两层作为一个吊装段进行安装,以减少焊接量与吊装次数。另外,钢管柱内外混凝土分开浇筑,以便于合理安排工序、加快施工进度。

The two layers grouting method is applied in concrete filled steel tube laminated columns. Taking two layers as a hoisting segment,the welding amount and hoisting numbers are reduced. The grouting is divided inter and outer of the concrete filled steel tube laminated column to arrange the construction sequence and rapid the construction schedule.
