摘要 传统构造柱混凝土浇筑施工工序多,耗费工时,振捣难度大,且施工质量难以保证,造成拆模后大量修补工作,增加施工成本。针对以上问题,根据构造柱模板安装后形成竖向密闭狭长空间的结构特征,依据钢管混凝土免振捣泵送技术原理,提出了构造柱混凝土施工新型免振捣技术。通过实际工程项目实践证明,该技术能够成功实现混凝土免振捣,达到标准质量,在缩减工序、节约工时、绿色环保施工等方面均取得良好效果。 The traditional method of concrete pouring of constructional column has many construction processes,time-consuming,vibrating is difficult,it's very hard to guarantee the construction quality and there are many repair work after removing the form,so that it increases construction cost. To solve above problems,according to the vertical sealing of long and narrow space structure characteristics which is formed after the constructional column formwork installation,and according to theory of steel tube of non-vibrating concrete pumping technology,a new non-vibrating concrete construction technology of the constructional column is put forward. Through practical engineering,it proved that this technology can achieve non-vibrating concrete successfully in good quality standard,also it could achieve good results in cutting process,saving time,green construction and so on.
