Safety Factor Analysis of Wire Rope for Overhanging Scaffold with Non-standard Section Steel

采用有限元分析结合PKPM软件计算的方法,对非标准型钢悬挑用钢丝绳安全系数取值进行分析。结果表明,悬挑架钢丝绳安全系数宜取6~7;其在使用前进行预紧,有利于安全,便于施工管理。

The safety factor value of wire rope for overhanging scaffold with non-standard section steel is analyzed by finite element software PKPM. Engineering practice shows that the safety factor value of wire rope for overhanging scaffold with non-standard section steel is 6 ~ 7,which is beneficial to safety and construction management by preloading before using it.
