Lifting Analysis of Prefabricated Shear Wall Structural Components

预制构件的吊装是装配整体式结构施工中的重要过程。以马鞍山市银塘公租房76号楼装配整体式剪力墙结构构件吊装为背景,介绍了预制构件吊装验算的主要内容。在施工规范以及一些研究的基础上讨论了预制构件吊装施工的荷载取值、计算模型等问题。对梁、板吊装进行手算验算,对剪力墙吊装进行有限元模拟,解决了装配整体式剪力墙预制构件吊装的验算问题。

Precast component lifting is an important process in prefabricated structure construction,based on the lifting construction process of shear wall structural component of No. 76 building in the program of Yintang public rental apartments in the city of Maanshan,the main content of precast lifting checking are introduced. The paper discussed the load value and calculation model in the lifting construction on the basis of the construction code and some researches. The problems of lifting check of precast shear wall structural components were solved by manually calculation of beam and floor lifting,and finite element simulation of shear wall lifting is obtained.
