人体工程学在建筑机电系统设计施工中的体现

Embodies the Human Engineering in the Design and Construction of Building in Electromechanical System

建筑为人服务是建筑活动最根本和最终的目的。目前建筑功能越来越多样化,各专业的管道多且复杂,在机电安装过程中,很多施工企业没有考虑后期的调试及维护、检修的空间,给后期机电系统保养带来了麻烦。利用"以人为本"的理念充分考虑到后期机电的维修及保养,尽量降低维保人员劳动强度及难度、提高运维效率,提出来一系列在安装过程中需注意的要点。

The most fundamental and ultimate purpose of building is to serve the people. At present,the building function is more and more diversified. The pipelines are more and more complex. In the mechanical and electrical installation processing,many construction enterprises do not consider the commissioning and maintenance space,so maintenance is very trouble. In this paper,authors use the concept of 'people-oriented'to considerate the repairing and maintenance of electromechanical,so it can reduce labor and difficulty of maintenance,improve the operation efficiency. This paper also proposed a series of attention in the process of installation point.
