大型单坡钢网架旋转找坡施工技术的研究与应用

结合工程特点及现场实际情况,通过设计钢网架结构旋转顶升专用工装——固定销旋转支座和水平滑槽支座,单坡钢网架安装采用了整体顶升、旋转找坡与高空散装3种方法的组合方案,实现了大型单坡钢网架安全优质高效的安装,取得了良好的经济效益。

Combining with engineering characteristics and on-site practice situation,the special tools such as fixed pin rotation support and horizontal chute support are designed. The unidirectional slope steel space truss is installed by combination method of integrate lifting,rotation for slope and assembly in sky which has good economic benefit.
