摘要
在高层建筑中,桁架立柱涉及节点较多,柱体内零件复杂多变,且焊接质量要求较高,因此桁架立柱的制作一直为项目工程的重点及难点。以能源大厦桁架斜田字柱的制作过程为例,通过分析制作难点,优化工艺,确立焊装思路,控制施工要点,从而达到目标设计要求。
In tall buildings,truss column relates to many nodes,and the column body parts is complex and changeable,moreover the welding quality requirement is high,thus making the truss column has been the emphases and difficulties of project. In this paper,taking the process of 田-shaped truss column in Nengyuan building as an example,the optimization process is analyzed such as the production difficulties,established ideas,welding routes,construction control points,so as to achieve the goal of the design requirements.
