钢结构作为绿色建筑的代表,与其他结构形式相比,具有抗震性能好、建设速度快、回收利用率高等优点,将从现有的结构体系中脱颖而出,作为一个时期的发展方向。结合实际作了一些论述,希望对钢结构住宅的发展产生积极的推动作用。

Steel structure,as the representative of green building,compared with other structural form,has a good seismic performance,high constructing speed and recycling utilization,will stand out from the structure of the existing system,as the development direction in a period. This paper makes some discussion with reality,which hopes for playing a positive role in promoting the development of the steel structure housing.
