肯尼亚松高罗电站项目,是一个典型的在低端市场采用高端标准的水利工程项目。本工程综合性强,涉及的专业范围广,工期紧;且包括建筑、道路、装饰装修、建筑机电、水工钢结构、发电设备、输电线路等。笔者经历了从项目的筹备到工程移交业主的全过程,对履约过程的心得体会总结出几点意见。

The Kenya Gaoluo Power Station project,which applies high standard in the lower market,has the characteristics of strong comprehensiveness,wide professional range and limit time. It includes architecture,roads,decoration,mechanics,steel structure and so on. According to the authors' experience,the reflection on keeping an appointment of Keyya Gaoluo Power Station was put forward.
