Exploration of Economic Bidding Evaluation Before Implementation at Bidding Management Stage

施工企业需要靠项目得以生存,项目开发质量的高低决定了企业能否持续健康的发展。为了规避项目市场营销风险,施工企业在投标阶段的所有投标项目均应进行经济标标前评估工作。经济标标前评估就是结合企业自身能力和现场调查情况对开发的项目实施预计发生的费用进行成本预测,通过测算的成本和经济标的对比分析,预测项目的经济效益和可能存在的问题来指导经济标的报价决策和是否参与投标,力争获得高质量的中标项目。
