摘要
商业综合体中的管网设计和安装是建筑工程的一大难题,其管网布置错综复杂,而顶棚造型多,对净空尺寸要求较高,管网安装的空间十分有限。通过借助建筑信息模型(BIM)工具的运用,可以最大限度地解决管网碰撞、交叉等问题,减少管道安装的重复返工,优化管网资源配置,全面改进和优化BIM在设计阶段的实际运用。
Pipe network design and installation of commercial complex is a big problem in the construction projects,the complexity of the pipe network layout and ceiling modelling,more higher requirement to the clearance size,pipeline installation space is very limited. Through the use of building information modeling( BIM),we can solve network problems such as collision,cross,reduce the repeated rework pipe installation,optimize the resources distribution of pipe network,a comprehensive improvement and optimization of the practical application of BIM in the design phase.
