摘要
超高层建筑多采用框架-核心筒结构,对施工阶段的垂直运输提出了很高的要求。为了解决超高层建筑垂直运输中吊重大、吊距远、吊次多、限制条件复杂等难点,先后在塔式起重机选型及其附着方式中作了大量探讨,结合工程自身的特点,通过对比动臂塔式起重机与平臂塔式起重机各自适用范围以及优缺点,最终选用组合式平臂塔式起重机进行施工。本文详细介绍了组合平臂塔式起重机的选型、附着方式、施工原理及爬升拆除等施工工艺,解决了超高层建筑施工的垂直运输问题,大大提高了平臂式塔式起重机的使用效率,加快了施工进度。
The super tall building usually frame-core tube structure,the construction phase of the vertical transportation high demands are put forward. In order to solve the tall building in the vertical transportation hanging,hanging far,hanging a lot of restrictions,complex limiting condition,successively in tower crane selection and made a lot of discussion in their attachment methods. Combined with the characteristics of this process,by comparing the derrick tower crane and tower crane flat arm with applicable scope as well as the advantages and disadvantages,composite arms and flat for tower crane construction is finally determined. This paper introduced the combination of flat arm,attachment methods of type selection of tower crane,construction principle and climb demolition construction craft,which can solve the problem of the high-rise building construction of vertical transportation,greatly improve the efficiency of the use of flat arm type tower crane,speed up the construction progress.
