摘要
利用ANSYS软件中的杆系结构静力分析功能,考虑塔式起重机的整体结构,将塔式起重机结构视为空间桁架结构。采用ANSYS的APDL语言完成了空间桁架的内力分析计算,分析塔式起重机危险部位,其方法可用于解决其他类型空间桁架问题。从材料属性,外部荷载分布情况分析塔式起重机的安全性能。提出塔式起重机应确定最大起吊重量,避免在大风等极端天气下工作。适当提高塔式起重机标准节钢截面的尺寸和钢的弹性模量可提高塔式起重机的安全性。
Using software ANSYS truss static analysis capabilities and considering the overall structure of the tower crane,tower crane structure is considered as space truss structure. Using APDL language of ANSYS this paper complete the internal forces of space truss calculation and analysis of tower crane dangerous parts,the method can be used to solve other types of space truss problems. From the material properties and external load analysis,this paper analyze the safety of tower crane. It is pointed out that tower cranes should be made to determine the maximum lifting weight and avoid working in high winds and other extreme weather. It can improve tower crane safety by an appropriate increase in the cross-section of standard segments and elastic modulus of steel.
