Study on Common Problems of HVAC System in Pharmaceutical Factory

净化空调系统是药品生产的一个关键系统。药品在生产过程中会受到温度、湿度、外界环境、人员及产品污染的影响。良好的净化空调系统设计、建造、运行和维护可以提高系统运行的稳定性和可靠性,减低投资成本和运行成本,提升企业经营业绩。结合多年从事制药企业净化空调系统的运行管理实践,指出在净化空调系统的工程设计、施工及运行维护管理中常见的问题,并提出相应的改进提升意见。

Purification air-conditioning system is a key system for pharmaceutical production. The pharmaceutical production was affected by temperature,humidity,environment,people and product pollution. Good air conditioning system design,construction,operation and maintenance can improve the stability and reliability of the system,reduce investment costs and operating costs,improve business performance. Combined with the author's operation management practice,the common problems in the purification of air conditioning systems engineering design,construction and operation maintenance management were put forward,and corresponding improvement methods were introduced.
