干作业钻孔灌注桩“气流式”清底技术设备研究

Study on Airstream Style Clearing Equipment for Bored Piles with Dry Work

桩底沉渣的存在决定着灌注桩的承载力和变形,沉渣的处理对灌注桩的施工至关重要。通过理论技术研究和设备的现场试验,"气流式"清底设备可有效清理沉渣,该施工技术设备对于干作业钻孔灌注桩尤其是大厚度黄土地区的干作业钻孔灌注桩施工具有很好的推广意义。

The sediment at pile bottom determines bearing capacity and deformation of bored pile,which affects bored pile construction. Based on theoretical study and field test of the equipment,airstream style clearing equipment can effectively clean sediment,the construction equipment can promote the construction of bored pile with dry work,especially the construction of bored pile with dry work in loess area with large thickness.
