摘要
结合港珠澳大桥珠海连接线拱北隧道曲线管幕工程的特点、工程地质和水文地质条件,对复杂地层中长距离曲线顶管管幕施工设备的关键技术要求进行了分析,对土压平衡顶管及泥水平衡顶管的特点进行比较,根据地层的渗透性系数、岩土颗粒的大小以及拱北隧道特殊的工程条件,最终选择适用于本工程的顶管机类型。此外还介绍了德国海瑞克公司AVN顶管机针对拱北隧道曲线管幕复杂工程条件的关键设计,现场试验管施工情况表明德国海瑞克公司AVN顶管机能够适应复杂地层中曲线顶管及管幕的施工。
This paper introduces an analysis of the type selection of shied which used in curved pipe jacking and construction of pipe-roof especially for project characteristics and geological conditions of Gongbei tunnel at Zhuhai link of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. The EPB shield and slurry shield were compared. According to permeation coefficient,geotechnical particle size and special geological condition,the type of shied used in curved pipe jacking is made sure in the end. Besides,the typical design of Herrenknecht AVN machine especially for complex conditions of Gongbei tunnel is introduced. As a result of experimental pipe jacking in jobsite,Herrenknecht AVN machine is proved to be suitable and credible.
