摘要
钢管混凝土柱以其独特的优势已在工程中广泛应用。以工程中使用的巨型钢管混凝土柱交叉节点为对象进行试验研究,考察节点在设计荷载作用下的变形情况、节点区的破坏发展过程及节点的承载能力、破坏形态等。试验研究表明:该节点具有较高的承载能力,达到设计要求的2倍以上;破坏发生在柱端,破坏时节点区域完好。最后针对施工给出部分建议。
Concrete-filled steel tube column has been widely applied to the engineering practice because of its unique advantages. With the crossing joint of giant concrete-filled steel tube column as test object,deformation and failure process of the joint under design load were analyzed. It also studied the load capacity and failure mode of the joint under ultimate load. Results of the trial show that this kind of joint has relatively high bearing capacity,over 2 times than design requirements. The damage occurs at the end of column,and joint zone remains intact. At last,some suggestions on construction problems are provided in this paper.
