冷弯薄壁型钢三肢箱形拼合柱偏压受力性能有限元分析

摘要 在冷弯薄壁型钢结构体系中,冷弯薄壁型钢三肢闭合箱形拼合柱常常处于偏心受压状态,为了研究强弱轴偏心方向及偏心距对单轴对称拼合柱承载力的影响,利用ABAQUS软件对其进行有限元模拟,然后对计算结果进行分析对比,结果表明:单轴对称的三肢闭合箱形拼合柱,当构件偏心受压时,承载力随着偏心距增大而降低,且偏心距越大,构件刚度越小,且当构件绕弱轴偏心受压时,承载力及刚度下降比构件绕强轴偏心受压时快。 In the cold-formed Thin-walled steel structures,the three limbs box type built-up cold-formed steel columns are often under eccentric compression. In order to study the influence of eccentric distance and eccentric direction to the bearing capacity of the built-up columns,simulating it by ABAQUS,and then analyzing and comparing the results. It indicates that: when the monosymmetric cold-formed thin-walled steel three limbs box type built-up columns are under eccentric compression,the bearing capacity of the built-up columns decreases with the eccentric distance increases. And the stiffness of the built-up columns decreases with the eccentric distance increases. When the columns eccentric compressed about the weak axis,the bearing capacity and the stiffness decreases faster than when the columns eccentric compressed about the strong axis.
