Epoxy Resin Grouting Material Grouts in Horizontal Reinforced Concrete Pipes by Gravity

环氧树脂灌浆料具有诸多优良性能,采用压力灌注方式在裂缝处理、渗水堵漏等有较为广泛的应用,但采用重力法灌注卧式管道的较少。以某电厂循环水管改造为例,介绍了环氧树脂灌浆料采用重力法灌注卧式钢筋混凝土管的施工工艺和经验。

Epoxy resin grouting material has many excellent properties,and pressure grouting was widely used in the cracks treatment and water plugging etc,while non-pressure grouting was rare used in grouting horizontal pipes. Taking water circulation reform of a power plant as an example,this paper introduced one way of grouting horizontal reinforced concrete pipes by non-pressure grouting.
