增砌墙体加固农宅前纵墙抗震性能试验研究

摘要 北方地区农宅普遍存在前纵墙开洞过大、前纵墙抗震刚度过小的问题,为了解决这一问题,提出了增砌墙体的加固方案。设计了3组增砌墙体的试验研究方案,采用拟静力方法进行抗震性能试验,从破坏情况、极限荷载与开裂位移等方面对墙体进行了对比分析,结果表明增砌墙体可有效地提高农房前纵墙刚度,提高农房抗震性能。 The aseismic stiffness of the front wall in rural building was generally too weak due to opening huge hole in the front wall. In order to resolve the problem,the reinforced method of added brick masonry in the front wall was pointed out.In the paper,three tests with different added wall widths by pseudostatic test were designed to verify the earthquake resistant behaviors of the reinforced method. The testing results indicated that the method of added brick masonry was valid to enhance the stiffness of the front wall and the earthquake resistant behaviors.
