摘要
门式起重机轨道梁承担门式起重机自重及吊装荷载作用,如何合理进行轨道梁结构设计是保证门式起重机运行安全的重要因素,本文以某45t门式起重机为例,根据设备荷载作用特点,简化设计工况,通过理正结构软件设计验算结构截面及配筋形式。
Gantry crane bears the self weight and hoisting load. How to rational design track beam is important to assure running safety of gantry crane. For a 45 tons gantry crane as an example,based on characteristics of equipment load and by simplifying design conditions,the structure section and reinforcement form are tested by Lizheng software.
