摘要
以大连地铁1号线学海区间隧道为工程背景,综合双重管无收缩注浆技术和光面弱爆破技术,提出过河段隧道注浆-爆破联合施工方案。运用DE-FEM程序计算不同注浆方案对隧道涌水量的影响,得到注浆材料的配比情况;对过河段隧道开挖应力、位移进行分析,结合现场施工条件,确定爆破方案和爆破参数。对现场监测数据进行分析,验证施工方案的合理性。将数值计算与现场监测进行对比分析,验证数值计算的准确性,研究结果为过河段隧道安全施工提供了依据。
Based on the engineering background of Xuehai tunnel of Dalian Metro Line 1,considering double pipe non shrinkage grouting technology and weak smooth blasting technology,putting forward. grouting-blasting construction technology at river-crossing section of tunnel. Using DE-FEM program to calculate the influence of different grouting schemes on water inflow in tunnel,the ratio of grouting material is obtained. The analysis of the stress and displacement of river-crossing section of tunnel excavation,combined with the site construction conditions,determining the blasting scheme and blasting parameters. Analyzing monitoring data,verify the rationality of the construction scheme. The numerical calculation and field monitoring are compared and analyzed to verify the accuracy of numerical calculation. The research results provide a basis for the safety construction of the river-crossing section of tunnel.
