盾构隧道施工对某办公楼的影响分析

摘要 以呼和浩特市1号地铁线侧穿某办公楼为例,基于盾构施工参数的理论取值范围,给出掌子面压力及注浆压力的建议取值;基于有限元数值模拟方法,分析盾构隧道侧穿施工时既有建筑物的结构内力和土层位移变化规律,并给出其风险控制标准值。研究结果表明:工作面的土压力合力选取掌子面静止侧向土压力合力、注浆压力选取1.1倍隧道埋深处水土压力时,盾构隧道施工对地层的扰动较小;根据隧道施工影响下的位移影响值、结构内力分析结论及办公楼的重要性,将砌体承重结构局部倾斜值小于0.001 5作为风险控制值。 Hohhot Subway Line 1 was used as a demonstration example in this dissertation. The subway line passed through the ground quite close to an office building. The tunnel face pressure and grouting pressure was proposed based on the theoretical value range of TBM tunneling parameters. Structure internal force and ground displacement change was given by the finite element numerical simulation method. And its risk control parameter was established by the same method. The result showed that when the tunnel face pressure was equal to the static lateral soil pressure,and the grouting pressure equal to 1. 1 times of the water pressure at the level of the tunnel,the disturbance on the ground layer was comparably small.Based on the analysis results of the displacement change under influence of tunnel works and result of internal structural force analysis,0. 0015 was selected as the local inclination risk control target value for masonry bearing structure.
