盾构机刀盘非典型性故障分析及应对措施研究

盾构施工过程中,由于地下环境的未知因素较多,一些非典型性故障常常出现,针对北京某盾构隧道正常掘进过程中出现的非典型性刀盘脱落案例,进行故障分析和原因总结,并通过准确定位刀盘位置,从地面开挖临时竖井,顺利完成刀盘故障诊断和维修。

In shield tunnel construction,due to many unknown factors in underground environment,some atypical faults often occur. For the atypical knife disc shedding case of a shield tunnel during normal driving in Beijing,carries on the summary analysis and the cause of the fault and through accurate positioning cutter disk position,from the ground excavation temporary shaft,the successful completion of the knife disc fault diagnosis and maintenance was done.
