摘要
随着国内经济和社会的发展,大体量、超高层、结构复杂的建筑钢结构工程愈趋广泛,作为主要受力部件的钢骨柱等钢构件,除满足受力要求外,外观造型也愈趋美观。因此,大量钢构件结构设计复杂,构件制作难度大,对钢结构制造企业提出了更高的要求。基于此背景下,针对斜交异形钢构件制作工艺中,精度控制的方法进行探讨分析,总结经验推广。
With the development of economy and society,the domestic large volume,high-rise,complex construction of steel structure engineering is more and more widely used,as main force components,in addition to meet the requirements of stress,steel column appearance is more beautiful. Therefore,a large number of complex steel structure design,component fabrication difficulty,puts forward higher requirements for steel structure manufacturing enterprises. Based on this background,this paper skew arbitrary steel production process,method of precision control analysis,summarize the experience of promotion.
