摘要 AP1000 CB20底部锥板与环板之间的T形钢为6.5mm厚钢板,焊接接头形式为CJP,按照设计要求需要进行UT检测。对于板厚在8mm以下的焊缝,目前国内外并没有具体的、系统的检测标准参照。采用焊接模拟件和解剖试验等方法,参照标准要求,研究出一种薄板的UT检测方法,有效地检测了焊缝质量。 T-section steel between cone plank and annular plate at the bottom of AP1000 CB20 is a steel plate with 6.5mm thickness. The welding-connected uses the form of CJP,and UT test shall be conducted in accordance with the design requirements. For the welding seam of plate under 8mm,there is no specific and systematic inspection criteria at home and abroad. This paper applies the method of welding simulation and experiment to research and find out an UT inspection method of thin plate with reference to the requirements in standards,to effectively inspect the welding quality of thin plates.
