摘要
基于BIM的智能施工放样施工技术通过在移动终端的BIM模型上选取待测点,智能全站仪自动追踪,简化施工放样流程,实现BIM模型与全站仪的结合,提高放样效率与精度。结合腾讯北京总部大楼项目,详细介绍了基于BIM的智能施工放样施工技术的工艺原理、技术特点、施工工艺流程及操作要点、质量控制要点。工程实践表明,基于BIM的智能施工放样施工技术可快速、准确地完成繁多的不规则特征点的测量放样工作,实现BIM技术在施工测量放样领域的落地应用。
The intelligent construction lofting technique based on BIM realizes the BIM model combined with the total station to improve the loftingt efficiency and accuracy by the way of selection on the BIM model of mobile terminals,intelligent total station automatic tracking and simplify construction lofting process. Combined with Tencent Beijing headquarters building project,the principle,the technical characteristics,the construction process,the operation key points and the key points of quality control of the intelligent construction lofting technique are introduced based on BIM technology. Engineering practice shows that the intelligent construction lofting technique based on BIM can be quickly and accurately measure the lofting of the singular and irregular feature points,implementing the applicatio of BIM technology in the construction survey lofting.
