浅谈港澳工程安全管理

Safety Management of Hong Kong and Macao Project

为研究港澳工程的安全管理,以澳门美高梅路氹酒店钢结构工程为背景,通过与大陆安全管理进行比较,从安全教育、安全方案、安全未遂事故处理等方面,结合施工过程中的防护要求和管理特点,分析两地安全管理的不同和相同之处,进一步适应和融入境外工程的管理环境,分析安全管理工作的不足,保障工程安全履约。

For the study of the safety management of Hong Kong & Macao project,based on the steel structure construction of MGM Cotai Project in Macao,compared differences and similarities between safety management of construction project of mainland and Hong Kong & Macao's,and combined with construction process of protection requirements and management characteristics from the aspects of safety training,safety plan and treatment of near accident. In order to guarantee the smooth implementation and safe operation of the project,we should analyse deficiencies of safety management,and as soon as possible to adapt and integrate into the management environment of offshore project.
