探索超高层建筑主体结构施工工期优化与控制

超高层建筑工期保障的严峻性,激起了超高层施工工期优化与控制的热潮。本文结合徐州苏宁广场项目,从现场管控方面出发,找到了超高层主体结构施工工期影响的关键因素,即超高层施工技术和工序组织。通过提前在超高层施工技术和工序组织上策划、对比分析,选用最高效、最经济、最适用项目的施工技术以及最优化的工序组织,实现了超高层主体结构施工工期的优化与控制,为超高层建筑主体结构施工工期把控提供参考。

The severity of the guarantee of the high rise building's time limit arouses the upsurge of the optimization and control of the construction period. This paper,combine with Suning Plaza project in Xuzhou,the factors affecting the construction period of the project is analyzed,and the key factors are found out,which are construction and organization. We can choose the most efficient,economical,suitable technology and working procedure by planning and analyzing ahead. It realizes the optimization and control of the tall construction period,and provides a reference of controlling the construction period.
