摘要
为研究钢-竹组合箱形柱的蠕变性能,以试验方式制作了8个组合试件,试件主要以截面尺寸、荷载水平以及有无螺钉为主要蠕变影响因素,进行长期加载试验,目的是观测组合柱在长期荷载作用下的位移、温度以及湿度变化,得出组合柱的位移变化曲线、温湿度变化曲线以及蠕变系数,并在实验基础上进行组合柱蠕变理论分析。最终实验结果得出对钢-竹组合箱型柱的蠕变有明显影响因素是截面尺寸以及荷载水平,是否打螺钉并不影响组合柱的蠕变性能,且理论上蠕变变形占初始变形的比例并不高,并不影响组合柱的正常使用。
To study the creep properties of the steel-bamboo composite box columns,this paper fabricated 8 kinds of composite column,with section dimension,load level and screw as the parameter,took a long-term loading test on 8 column,observed the change on displacement,temperature and humidity of composite columns under long-term load,obtained the displacement curve,temperature curve and humidity creep coefficient of composite column,and on this basis,this paper analysis the creep of composite columns in theory. The results show: the section size and steel load level have significant influence on creep of composite columns; whether to play the screw don't affect the creep of the composite column; The creep deformation accounts for little of the initial deformation,it don't affect the normal use of composite columns; the theoretical calculation results are in agreement with the experimental values.
