摘要
以衡阳东洲湘江大桥水中墩桩基工程为依托,根据无覆盖层河床深水桩基工程的环境特点、工期要求和常规桩基施工技术要求,为解决无覆盖层河床桩基施工易出现的钢护筒无法打入、桩位偏移、冲孔过程中孔内涌沙或漏浆等问题,采取先桩后堰的施工顺序,提出了此类桩基的关键施工控制技术,并成功应用。
Based on the water pier's pile foundation works of the Hengyang Dongzhou Xiangjiang Bridge,according to the environmental characteristics,duration require-ments and conventional pile foundation construction technical requirements of the deep-water pile foundation in no-covered river bed,in order to solve the problem that the steel sheath of the river bed without cover is easy to penetrate,the pile position deviation,the sand in the hole or leakage of mud in the process of punching and other issues,take the construction of the first pile after the cofferdam,the key construction control technology of such pile foundation is put forward and successfully applied.
