摘要
深圳大铲湾港口区集装箱码头一期工程办公楼建于淤泥软土层上,B,C两栋办公楼的沉降、倾斜严重。采用双液注浆进行软土地基加固与纠偏后工程效果不佳,对工程效果不佳的原因进行分析、总结后,进行了二次地基加固与纠偏。除了补强工程措施外,还采用了不同的施工工艺,B栋采用一次注浆工艺,C栋采用多次劈裂注浆工艺,得出了多次劈裂注浆施工工艺效果更佳的结论。
An office building in Shenzhen was built in the silt soft soil layer. B and C offices building settlement and tilt were serious. Double liquid grouting was adopted to carry out soft soil foundation reinforcement and the engineering effect was poor. After analyzing and summarizing the reasons for the poor engineering effect,second time foundation reinforcement and rectification was adopted. In addition to strengthen the engineering measures,different construction techniques were also used. B building applied once grouting process. C building applied multiple split grouting process. The results of multiple split grouting construction technology is better.
