摘要
本文依托深圳湾壹号T7塔楼超高层建筑的核心筒施工,首先分析核心筒工程特点和爬模施工总体部署,对核心筒爬模机位布置进行优化。然后通过对液压爬模架体在不同工作环境和载荷状态下的整体受力分析,得到液压爬模架体在整个施工过程中的结构安全性。工程应用表明液压爬升模板体系的安全性和可靠性,核心筒施工实现了3.5d浇筑一层,从而保证了项目顺利完成。
This article relies on Shenzhen Bay 1st T7 tower super high-rise building core tube construction. First of all,the core tube engineering characteristics and the overall construction of climbing construction,the core cylinder climbing machine layout to optimize. By analyzing the stress of the climbing frame under different working conditions,the structural safety of the frame under the two most unfavorable loads is shown. Engineering application shows that the hydraulic climbing template system of security and reliability,to achieve a 3. 5d pouring a layer to ensure the successful completion of the project.
